💔 Today, Lily lost her home. 💔
On January 11, 2024, this beautiful Aussie mix named Lily was surrendered and brought to our shelter. One moment she had a family, a routine, a place that felt familiar… and today she has a kennel, unfamiliar sounds, and a lot of confusion in her eyes.
Lily is smart, loving, and already knows her basic commands. She wants so badly to do the right thing. She leans in for affection, watches every movement, and waits—hoping someone will come back for her. She doesn’t understand why she’s here, only that her world suddenly changed.
She would do best in a home without cats or chickens, and she needs to be the only female dog. Lily can be a bit picky with male dogs, but she absolutely loves kids and would thrive in a home where she can feel safe, chosen, and finally settled.
Tonight, Lily will fall asleep wondering what she did wrong… even though the truth is, she didn’t do anything wrong at all. 💔
She just needs someone willing to see past today and give her the forever she deserves.
